By accessing joinhuddle.fit or using the Huddle mobile app (when available), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Huddle.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, and other content you post in Huddle. You grant Huddle a limited license to host and display that content as needed to run the service.

Acceptable use

  • No harassment, hate speech, or harmful content.
  • No spam, scraping, or automated abuse.
  • No content you do not have the right to share.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Huddle is a motivational tool, not a substitute for medical or fitness advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the site or app.
